Legacy MMA’s Lee Coker loses a heart breaking decision 29-29, 29-28, 30-28 on Friday night. Lee fought his heart out going three rounds in a war. The first round saw Coker land punch after punch that had his opponent running and I mean running then his opponent shot in for the take down but Coker controlled from the bottom and then got the reversal. The second round saw Cokers opponent get the early takedown and control the whole round from the mount but with little action. The third round saw more Coker right hands land and his opponent running until they tied up in the corner and Coker looked to get the arm triangle in the clinch but as it went to the ground Coker pulled his opponent on top and into the mount but shortly reversed the position and finished the round from his opponents guard with punches. It was a disappointing loss as Coker drops to 1-2.

Tony Berger defended his 145 ExciteFight Title in dominating fashion as he was the aggressor from the start defeating Ryan Mulvahill from Icon Gym by TKO at 2:30 of the first round. Berger started things off with a straight right that landed but set up a huge slam and then went right to the mount position. Berger spent most of the first round from half guard throwing punch after punch until taking Mulvahill’s back and landing a devastating right upper cut that dropped Mulvahill to the mat and the referee stepped in to end the fight. Berger improves to 7-2 with 2 submissions and 5 KOs as he defend his title for the first time.
