Legacy Mixed Martial Arts Academy is North Idaho’s premiere academy for authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has been serving the Coeur d’Alene/Post Falls area since January 2006. Legacy MMA is proudly affiliated with Marcello Alonso Brazilian Jiu Jitsu of Seattle. Marcello Alonso is a 4th degree black belt under the late Gracie legend Carlson Gracie and he recently received his 5th degree from the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation. At our academy we specialize in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for competition and self defense, and we offer Boxing, Muay Thai, Greco Roman and Free Style Wrestling, Judo, and MMA Conditioning to supplement your competition and self defense training. We offer classes for kids, teens and adults in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No Gi) and MMA. We have submission grappling and fight teams that compete every month.
